Christi is a Project Administrator in the PMO and has been a key contributor to the PMO’s development. Christi assists with aspects of project management and administration and has extensive experience of portal administration. She has worked within the NHS environment for several years on procurement projects at different levels. Christi has over 12 years’ experience in project management and administration and prior to EcoVate she managed projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Michelle is a Project Manager in the PMO and is responsible for various aspects of procurement project coordination and managing end-to-end tender processes. Michelle has over 13 years’ experience in business administration and project coordination in the corporate sector, in brand management and new product development where she managed multiple projects and developed an ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively and efficiently.
Nicky is a Project Manager in the PMO undertaking the planning, design, execution, monitoring and reporting of various UK public sector procurement projects. Nicky also supports EcoVate’s business development initiatives. Nicky has over 17 years’ experience in project management and business development working on initiatives for non-governmental organisations.
Thalia is a Project Manager in the PMO and is responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of all activities for the duration of a project. Thalia has over 8 years' experience in project management with previous experience largely focused on the implementation of projects and initiatives within the Human Resources domain.
