Speaking a Common Language

NHS procurement is one of the most complex, pressured and important areas of procurement that exists.
It is spending huge amounts of public money to add value to a service on which millions of people depend. Lives are, quite literally, at stake.
I’m very aware of the pressures that NHS procurement staff feel, because I was one of them.
So were all of the EcoVate senior leadership team. We believe it’s a crucial point of difference in our offer.
We understand what our NHS partners are going through, the challenges they face and exactly where they need help. Because we did it ourselves. In many ways we launched EcoVate a decade ago to create the procurement partner we wished we had.
We speak the same language as our clients.
That seems simple, but many consultants don’t. They speak the language of consultancy.
The result? Strategies that sound impressive in a board room or look good in a presentation but fail to meet the realities of the front line. And therefore, fail the organisations that they are designed to help.
In contrast, EcoVate’s 4D Confidence Model (our proprietary procurement delivery mechanism) is a structured end-to-end approach that strengthens both capability and capacity within public sector organisations, enabling them to define priorities, design robust procurement strategies, deliver with confidence, and continuously improve how procurement supports delivery.
We created the model as a response to our own years of experience and to reflect our passionate, driving belief that procurement should serve as an important strategic lever within any organisation.
We work with our partners across strategy and delivery and, importantly, nothing we say gets lost in translation.
If it sounds like we speak your language, get in touch.
